This evening I learned that a couple in my extended family lost their teenage son to suicide. It was deeply shocking, because I learned about this, coming in from such a loving and uplifting space being with women, so filled with love. I'm not familiar with the circumstances around this teenage son, but so many men are suffering in today's society. I believe we all, but in particular women, need to be much more vocal about how much we appreciate and celebrate men and the masculine.

I'm working on my new book 'What's Most Holding - Celebrating Masculine Leadership', which is a dedication to men and the masculine. Women underestimate, and sometimes have no clue, how much men need validation from women, which is sad, because the ripple effects impacts generations of men. We've ended up in a landscape where men are ridiculed, looked down upon, or even worse, perceived at as bad or evil (and yes, there are men who are bad to the bone, but the vast majority are such providers and protectors for and of women and the feminine). Men are also creators, building the societal foundation and create extraordinary businesses. Furthermore men uphold an invisible layer of loving support that we aren't aware of.

In my new courses, we are exploring both the shadow side of the feminine, and how to relate to men in a way that deeply supportive for co-creating something magical together, whether in business or in love. I'll share more about this later, but I just wanted to write a few words about how much I appreciate men, and that I'm looking forward to co-create more with men in this space.❤️
