Back again. Noticing how difficult it is to stay consistent when I'm in environments where there is little eros and a lot of inner resistance. Which I believe is true for all anyone wanting to be in a higher state. I'm reminded of what Ram Dass said "If you think you are enlightened, stay a week with your family." I also believe that the journey is to keep leaning in, no matter how many times we 'fail'. That the only way out is through. 

Today, however, I wanted to explore AI, or LLMs, Large Language Models, the term that is now increasingly used instead of AI. In this fascinating interview by Steven Bartlett in The Diary of a CEO and physicist and deep thinker Brett Weinstein, Brett talks about how the world is f-kd due to the collapse of the post second world war order, and how LLMs are going to eliminate even more jobs than we can imagine, and that we are at singularity already now, which many believed never would happen. (Singularity means when AI/LLMs becomes self-aware). Maybe that is true, maybe we are not there, yet. What was most interesting, though, was Brett's idea that we have stopped innovating and that we essentially already are living in the LLMs. That there is so little new thinking because we can't get out of the language models we've created so we are trapped. As I was listening, feeling depressed at how bad it looks like, I perked up immediately when I realized that there is a way to outcompete AI/LLMs, a way out of the scripted reality we already are acting out of, which is to be so much in presence, so much in emergence with someone else, that each word that comes out of your mouths will be brand new, because it's coming from a higher frequency. There is an immediacy, a fullness, a brightness, a clarity, an heightened experience, where you both end up speaking from unity. If this sounds trippy, it kind of is, but it's totally doable with practice. It is one of the things we practice in Awakening Feminine Leadership; using Eros both to wake us up, but also to lean in into the illuminated immediacy of creativity and innovation. 

This can of course be applied to anything, whether it's business ideas, philosophical concepts, and even ways of leading a company. It's also the best way to keep being connected to your partner from a place of now, even becoming a person of now, living in and with Eros, as a higher frequency. What would happen if we all were coming from this awakeness in and with the immediacy of now.
