The Feminine Path of Maturation
Jul 22, 2025
I lose contact with my feminine life-force, with creation, with the fullness of the liquid golden honey cursing through my veins, when I haven't been writing here (or elsewhere). I get contracted, I feel my 'regular self' return and I feel low. Now I've started trusting that process too. That my maturation process is a journey of acceptance that I will most likely never be connected and turned-on all the time, and that the in-between time, when I feel low and depressed, is not only necessary but beautiful too. And that the practice of chronicling this process is key to reconnect. So I'm again recommitting to writing daily (five times a week). And as I've shared before, when the word commitment is switched to devotion, my resistance to 'commitment' disappears. I'm curious to see how this devotional process unfolds. Back to the theme of today.
There is little written or taught about the feminine path of maturation. Actually, I would say the demand is quite low, because who wants to mature? Especially since most of us equate maturation with aging, and since women's external value falls pretty steeply the more she ages, who wants that? This is a deep topic in itself, but I want to start with saying that aging is not the same as maturation. We all grow old, but not that many matures. Recently, maturation is starting to turn me on. The last day of all retreats within the Diamond Approach, my main spiritual path, is dedicated to our realization in the world, and our maturation process. And now I'm starting to get why. Yet, I want to offer a hotter version of that. How can we can mature in a way that liberates us more and more, turns us on more and more, and gives us a power we didn't think was even possible? This is the path of the turned-on crone, the unfettered and indomitable matriarch, and the awe-striking Dark Seductive Goddess. The one who gives zero fucks and has so much fun with existence itself, and is sorely needed today. It's part of the teaching of the Worthy Opponent, or the second awakening, and even more in the third Awakening, becoming the turned-on mystic, the mystic Diva.
We need aging wise women with authority, who are deeply embodied, connected to their life-force and their jewel force. Women who embody clarity and boundaries, and understand what's needed to protect themselves, their daughters and grand-daughters, their sons and grandsons and civilization itself. But never taking themselves so seriously, and bringing on a new world order through their unrivaled capacity of weaving and flirtation, in this realm and in the non-dual, unified parallel dimensions.
What is your relationship to your own aging and maturation? What turns you on, and what are you devoted to?
