Someone asked me to clarify what I mean by the inner and the outer envelope, so here it is: 

The Inner Envelope is Experiential

In the spiritual teaching and practices I offer - and that I'm also a student of, the first journey, the first Awakening, the Eros Awakening, is primarily go within. To discover the body, and how to live and lead from an embodied and turned-on reality. It's the call to drop into our sensual and playful selves; that which settles the nervous system and that makes you attuned to the river of life, to life-force and to your desires. It's incredibly powerful, it creates long-term health, as an opposite to live from performance and stress hormones (which are great short-term, but really bad long-term). It's living from this moment, and to say yes to whatever is coming our way. Not easy to live by, but even a glimpse of what's possible, shows us a new way to lead. Living connected to and aligned with our jewels, a.k.a. a woman's genitals, turns life into a celebration, and an on-right flirtation. If we go deeper, we discover that both magic, mystery and the seductive glitter frequency exist on a felt level, which creates faith and trust in what's unfolding. It creates a new form of purpose and fire. 

The danger of only being in the inner envelope is that we start dropping away from the world. It gets harder to relate to what's happening in the world. We get anxious and above all, we don't develop the tools to truly lean into - and call the life we want - into existence.

The Outer Envelope is its Application

The Outer Envelope can be said is how we meet the world around us, with our inner envelope already awake, and so to speak, open. It is how we meet the world from a place of presence and turn-on, and how that process looks like, but it also is a deeper understanding of how the world works. In a way we could even call the inner envelope the feminine, the soul and the outer envelope the masculine, the spirit, - but from within these levels of awakening, in a female body.

In the first awakening, the Eros Awakening, it's a practice in learning how to apply Eros into our daily lives, and especially at work. How do we stand in this presence, in this turn-on, especially when we meet resistance? Or when we feel cut-off from ourselves? It's also about how to relate to and with men and the masculine from this place. And to get there, we need to understand how different we are from men. For example, men are not a hairier version of women that we should aim to 'upgrade'. It's a fundamental misunderstanding of what men are and what they offer us, and what we offer men. So there is a learning process here, which usually comes with some resistance:). There is also an even bigger understanding of what the masculine is, and how the masculine is essential as a counterforce to the feminine, and how we need both to function, from within to how to build societies. There is yet another layer in understanding evolutionary biology, the feminine wounding and what we need to reclaim, for example our intuition, how to deal with danger and not be naive. This is the focus on the second Awakening and becoming a Worthy Opponent, the Black Panther. It gets even more integrated in the Third Awakening and the mystical realm, which is when we truly can become gifted leaders in the world. This is also how we create the call. It's not enough to write down what we are longing for. We have to have the capacity to engage with life so it comes to fruition. It's about becoming, and manifesting.

There are more layers to the definition of the inner and outer envelope; and I find the analogy so helpful - we truly need both if we want to be in the world, but not be of it - and if we want to lean in and with the feminine and Eros. If we want to play in life - we have to learn to play in both arenas. This is especially true when it relates to men and the masculine - and how the 'world works'. Awakening Feminine Leadership is about teaching you how to thrive in both of these arenas. 

Which envelope intrigues you, maybe even calls you, the most?
