Wanting It All

“It is not that you want too much, it is that you do not want enough”. Ram Dass
I used that quote in my newsletter Saturday. I explored the notion that we need both; being able to be with what is, and to dare to become it all. In one of my spiritual practices, which is beyond non-duality, I often end up with my partner in becoming all of reality, past, present and future, and becoming 'pregnant' with existence itself. You become G-d, through your body, and it's all inside you, and you are everything, which also mean that you are the juicy fullness itself, dissolved into the glitter, with no separation.
Now imagine you apply this at work; wanting it all, and becoming all of it. So whatever task you have at hand, in my case marketing, which is my forever dragon, and oh yes, finances too, and then put them all inside you. And then want more! Want it all. What does that mean? Then marketing is not about 'getting out there'. Nor is it about 'making it'. It's all within you, and you can let the wanting get even bigger. From that place we flirt and dance. Even writing this, marketing becomes almost effortless. If leadership isn't outside you, nor dealing with a troublesome colleague, and you want it all, what would you want then? How would that apply to your job? To your workplace? To your company?
