What is Feminine Leadership and why does it matter?

There are many versions of feminine leadership. What I and other women practitioners have discovered is that it's possible to systematically awaken women to an embodied evolutionary power. Having taught hundreds of women to wake up to their feminine power the past nine years, these are the three levels:

1. Erotic Intelligence Awakening

The quickest way for a woman to move into her power and strength, is through waking up to her erotic intelligence. To become embodied through her genitals, connecting with her deepest desires and longings. We could also call it pussy power or as I choose to name what's most holy; her jewel force. This is an orientation towards life, in service of life-force. 

A part of this awakening is to meet what's blocking a woman to own her power, which also can be named as the shadow feminine, but also the feminine wounding in today's world. On a global level, it is often expressed as disdain for women as weak and easily manipulated; consequences of thousands of years of diminishment of women, coupled with female biological propensities such as more mirror neurons and a greater need for accommodation than men. At this level, it's often self-rejection, a disconnect from the body, and a belief in the need to force ourselves - and others. If we aren't in contact with our desires, we can turn critical of others, letting envy, jealousy and control seep in. The more connected we are to Eros, to our sensuality and to our jewels, desires and longings, the more inner fullness we experience. We start aligning with what is and what wants to come through us. Another part of this awakening is to learn more about men and the masculine, and to celebrate our differences instead of making men wrong. 

When we become erotically embodied, we can fully own the archetypal virgin; which Jungian psychology calls 'the one unto herself'. The sovereign flirtatious playful self-loving woman who is in service of life-force, and calls in the highest good for all. In playful co-creation with men. 

2. Embodied Power Awakening

When the erotic feminine is awakened, the next step is awakening the worthy opponent, the true belly and genital-embodied and sometimes growling power; the black panther. This stage is about healing the feminine wounding at this level, which Fanny Norlin, a partner and student, calls the Witch Wound. This wound comes from a deep fear of women's sexuality and its inherent power, which has led to shame about our bodies and discounting the differences in women and men, since women have been seen as inferior. The more we experience our true power, and own our sexuality and belly power, we move from seeing ourselves as victims or prey, feeling helplessness and shame, into she who leads from her black panther, recalibrating our nervous system. We could also call it your inner masculine that knows how to navigate the outer world, but without mimicking the 'male masculine'. Through this healing and awakening, we can meet the world, and co-create the world with other women, in service of the feminine, and with men, in service of the masculine. This is when we start accessing our evolutionary power. We become a Worthy Opponent, at home in ourselves and become a gravitational center for what we want to call in - and empower others to join. 

When we become fully awakened at this level, we step into the great mother archetype, when the Mother was revered and feared, because she was the creatrix of all. 

3. Mystical Awakening

Awakening Feminine Leadership is at its core a spiritual path that supports your awakening to Eros; your life-force. Most spiritual practices follow a masculine format where we move our energies up and outside our bodies to reach an emptiness, a non-duality without the body. Here we practice going in and down, to become more full - while we also can take in the vastness around us; to get pregnant with the Universe, so to speak, while staying connected to our bellies and jewels. This is where we say yes to life, and turn towards life, even when we don't want what's happening. We expand through our call and through our willingness to be real - and to learn how to flirt and seduce life - and be seduced in turn. Even the hardest things can be held with lightness, and we learn how to access our depth.

Here we meet our crone; our wisest archetype. She is fearless and cackles and seduces with delight. This energy is completely missing in the world today. She is connected to our deepest wounding; the mother wound, which is related to Mother Nature and the cosmic life-force itself, and our deepest psychological need; to be loved by mother, but also needing to separate from mother. This is also our deepest creative force. When we connect with our mystical side through our bodies, we realize we are that, as in a suchness, or isness, we are unstoppable. And we become an evolutionary force, in service of that which wants to be created. 

When we have awakened all three levels, our leadership becomes an expression of the Divine Feminine. In co-creation with the Divine Masculine. It is the aspiration to be in service of something bigger than ourselves. To be in service of the light and life-force, without avoiding the darkness, being playful, radiant and calling in possibilities and a co-creative reality with men and the masculine. Together with other women on the same path, being in a flirtatious, glittery and supportive sisterhood, a new reality is born. With more color, more playfulness, more realness. With a capacity for surrender and celebration of life.
