MODULE 01
The Feminine Leadership Journey, Eros & the Flame
Awakening your flame and your life-force is the first step of the feminine leadership journey. Dive deep and discover a never-ending energy source, explore the feminine flame and its shadow. Discover why current leadership paradigms for women don't work, and what to do and be instead. Awaken your desires, and your heart, your YESes, while facing your resistance, anger and fears. This is an invitation to living and leading fully. No holds barred.
MODULE 02
Coming home to your sensual body
In this module, you will learn why sensuality and playfulness are key to feminine leadership - and how to awaken this homecoming connection in your body. Sensuality and body sound counter-intuitive to many speaking of leadership, but that is only because leadership is masculine coded. Feminine Leadership is based in the body, specifically below the navel. When women lead from the mind or heart alone, there is essentially no one at home, which creates burn-outs and disconnect. When your body and your jewel are 'on', when you are attuned to your pleasure - and ask for what you want, you become more authentic, can handle negativity, are more decisive and more aligned with what is. Sensuality becomes a new way of being in the world and leading yourself and others.
MODULE 03
Red, the jewel force & co-creating with men
In this module we will explore the deeper layers of what life-force is and you will get to know your jewel force more intimately. Which is foundational for feminine leadership and the best way to relate and co-create with men. We will also explore the consequences of women's relationship with men societally, and the feminine shadow, and how to change these patterns. In this module you will learn how to unleash your fierceness, your playfulness, and your depth, in service of how you lead yourself and others.
MODULE 04
Evolutionary Leadership, call, flow and a higher seduction
There are two ways to make things happen in the world. The most known is to force it to happen and to push through. Which can be useful at times. In this module you will learn how to use higher seduction and flow to create what you want, as a leader and at home. It's about leaning in, coming from a place of abundance and play, and inviting the world - and your team - to find what's possible. Throughout the course, you will practice this with other women, and learn how it can be magnified and multiplied. And why feminine leadership becomes an evolutionary force.

I have a MSc in International Economics and have built and led companies and organizations in the Sweden and in the US, working with both leadership and spiritual development. I lived in the US for over 15 years, and it became my second home, in my search for myself. I also have a background as a futurist, yoga and tantra teacher, and I'm a published author. Right now, I see several challenges in Sweden, Europe and the West at large, all of which are problematic for women, girls and the feminine. The rejection of men, boys and the masculine is the other side of that coin, equally problematic. In my courses, we also look at these issues, from a lens of the wounding of the feminine throughout history, metamodernism, Eros and Unity. I don't believe it's enough to just practice spirituality or tantra. Nor do I believe in being disconnected from the mystery. We need both, which is what I teach and try to embody.

- A short introduction call, based on an intake questionnaire.
- Six weekly teaching modules and group-coaching by Zoom 120 minutes each Tuesday at 7.00-9.00PM CET, (10-12AM PST), with the purpose of presenting the material in presence, building community, go deep and be able to experience the theme experientially physically, mentally and energetically, using inquiry as a method, as well as exercises to activate your jewel and your sexual energy. Each call starts with breathing practices, Tantric movement and connection with the jewel and we always dance at some point in the call.
- Four embodiment sessions of 30 minutes on Thursdays. In order to accommodate for different time zones, the embodiment sessions will either be at 12PM CET, (3AM PST) or at 8AM CET or at 11 PM PST. They will go deeper into sensing techniques, listening and looking, breath techniques with your jewel, pelvic floor training, lots of sound practices, including growls and howls. The last five minutes of each embodiment session will be a seated meditation.
- A 2-hour interactive coaching-lab session where you can get support with your questions or issues, witnessed by others and also hearing other’s processes. Time will be set when we start to accommodate as many as possible.
- Weekly inquiries with different partners in the group over zoom (or physically if you are in the same location and want to meet that way) that will support you in landing the material. Instructions and themes are available on your teaching portal after each group coaching call.
- Recordings are available on your teaching portal after each call and session so if you can’t participate in a call, you can watch and/or listen to the recording.
- Daily (five days a week) email-inspiration including reflections and practice invitations.
- A private community where you can engage with other participants.
- A personal 50-minute coaching call to support you in your process and how you can connect your process with your work and personal life. (Essentially, it's your time to use).
