The retreat is going deeper, and getting trippier. Today we explored the Unilocal turning, which is a way of experiencing reality where time and space are folded across on another. What's so lovely is how many women experience an erotic quality to this turning, as in the joy of connecting with life-force, with eros, with the heart, across time and space, with another human being. Falling asleep while writing this, I still wanted to briefly share how impactful this day has been, and why we all need magic in our mundane muggle-based-reality. If we only perceive life as the functional world of to-do-lists, things we look forward to, vs things and people we want to avoid, we loose our juice and become brittle and dry. Today has been intense, long and it's getting hot out there (literally). I found myself in resistance parts of the day. And there is some resistance in writing this blogpost, since it's late and I'm tired. Experiencing resistance is the case for most of us. There won't be even a day that goes entirely as we want. And yet, sometimes just by acknowledging what we are resisting, naming it either out loud to a witness, or in writing, the contraction stops. I'm no longer a prisoner of my own making. ...

Today was a long day, with so much richness and fullness, but also a sense of overwhelm. We have been exploring non-duality and aspects of unity at this level. Which is powerful and amazing. Yet, I come back to the same thing every time. There is a frequency that is higher than anything else; I've named it the Glitter Frequency, but we can also call it the intersection of DIVINE LOVE, DIVINE PLAY & DIVINE EROS. I got to visit there several times today, and nothing compares to that.

I'm at a retreat in the Netherlands with the Diamond Approach, one of my spiritual paths since 13 years. It's evening, and I'm back at my room, lying in bed, looking up through the trees to Monastery Clock Tower, now converted to a conference hotel.
